Navigating Between, Adding, Deleting and Moving Pages In Your Photobook

You are able to create and modify photobooks of up to eighty (80) pages in length. To do so, you will need to learn how to navigate, add, delete and move photobook pages.

Navigating through your Photobook

The "Navigation Work Area" is at the bottom of the PhotobookMagic work area. Thumbnail previews of yoru entire photobook can be see in this section. To jump to specific pages, simply click on the appropriate thumbnail.

Adding or Deleting Pages in your Photobook

Adding Pages

PhotobookMagic adds pages in groups of four, thus you are able to increase the number of pages in your photobook from 24 to 28 to 32 etc. You can add pages to your book in one of two ways:

1. In the Navigation Work Area, click on the "Plus" button; or

2. On the Menu Bar, go to "Edit" >> "Number of Pages" >> then choose the desired number of pages.

PhotobookMagic will then ask you to confirm if you want to add two double pages (four pages). These four pages will be added to the back of your book. Click on "OK" to proceed.

Deleting Pages

You can delete pages to your book in one of two ways:

1. In the Navigation Work Area, click on the "Minus" button; or

2. On the Menu Bar, go to "Edit" >> "Number of Pages" >> then choose the desired number of pages.

PhotobookMagic will then ask you to confirm that you indeed want to delete certain pages from the book. Note that the software deletes the last two double pages (but not the last page).

All photos, layouts, edits on these last two pages will be removed from the book. Click on "OK" to confirm.

Moving Pages

You are able to reposition two page spreads to other places in your photobook.

Click on a page spread, in the Navigation Work Area, then drag and drop these pages to the area in the book you would like to have the pages moved to.
