When You submit an order for a PhotobookAsia order You provide us with Your contact data, including
Your name and email address. We will use this data to send You updates about Your order and potentially questionnaires and announcements about new and exciting offers PhotobookAsia and its strategic
partners that may interest You. If You do not wish to receive the marketing and product announcements
from PhotobookAsia or our partners You are able to unsubscribe.

Credit card payments for PhotobookAsia services are made via our third party payment partner PayPal. Payment and customer details that You share with PayPal are subject to PayPal’s privacy policy terms.
For payments made directly to PhotobookAsia via direct bank deposit, PhotobookAsia will treat this data
with utmost care and confidentiality. PhotobookAsia does not keep or record customer credit card details.
As You with all electronic transactions however, the security of Your data cannot be 100% guaranteed,

About Your Content

You can submit certain content without limitation to PhotobookAsia as part of Your use of our Services. However, You must warrant that You will not use any of services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes. Specifically, although not exhausting, You may not include materials which:

You acknowledge that You will be liable for any action taken against PhotobookAsia in relation to such activities and will fully indemnify PhotobookAsia against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise as a result of any fraudulent or illegal activity undertaken by You.

PhotobookAsia will not be responsible for retaining a copy of Your digital photobook file for future re-ordering, or in the case that the digital photobook You upload is corrupted or lost, therefore You should always retain Your own copy of digital files uploaded to us.

Fees and Payment Terms

All prices for services are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and pre-payment in full must occur before we fulfill Your order. Your order will have been deemed accepted upon PhotobookAsia having accepted payment and having processed Your order.

Credit cards processed will be done via a third-party and PhotobookAsia will not be liable for any unauthorized use of Your credit card by another party.

Delivery of Products

Your PhotobookAsia photobook will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by You during the order process.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

PhotobookAsia photobooks are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 14-days. To file a complaint, all defective products must be returned to us within 14-days of receipt.

PhotobookAsia however is not responsible for any customer generated mistakes, errors or defects in spelling or grammar, poor and low-resolution images that have been chosen, or any mistakes made during the ordering process. Please preview and proof read Your photobook submissions as well as confirm Your customer and delivery details before placing Your order.

Additional Terms and Conditions

PhotobookAsia is not liable for any loss You may suffer in connection with Your use of our Services.

PhotobookAsia will in no event be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangibles; or other incidental or consequential damages even if PhotobookAsia has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from the use or the inability to use PhotobookAsia’s Services. Furthermore, You acknowledge that PhotobookAsia is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any other parties and the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with You. Some jurisdictions do not allow for this limitation of liabilities, thus the above paragraph may not be applicable to You.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless PhotobookAsia, all our staff and against all damages, losses, expense and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
