The following are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

1. What type of paper and binding do you use for your photobooks?
We are using 157 gsm matte art paper with case binding.

相簿易相簿是用那種紙製造?
我們的相簿採用 157 gsm 啞粉紙精裝製造

2. Is the cover you offer a hard or soft cover?
We offer a hard cover with linen fabric wrap around. For our Custom Book Jacket Cover option, we use a photo paper jacket wrapped around a linen hard cover.

相簿封面是 “硬面” 或 “軟面”?
相簿是採用布製硬封面的。而個人化的相片封套, 則用特別的封套相紙，套在布製硬封面上

3. What type of printing press do you use?
We use Fuji Xerox Digital printing press for output printing. Which is a high quality printer for digital picture printing and processing.

相簿易是用那種印刷機製造相簿?
我們採用Fuji Xerox數碼印刷技術製作相簿。這是一種専門印刷數碼相片的印刷機，此印刷機能製作出高質素並指細的相片

4. How many pictures can I put in the photobook?
You can add an unlimited number of photos to your photobook. It depends on the template you choose or build. You can add as many photos as you would like to fit on a single page.

相簿內可存放多少張相片?
可存放的相片是不限的。全視乎設計者在相簿內選用那種範本，相片可由1張1內頁至25張或更多相片作1內頁亦可。

5. What resolution of images are required for your software?
It all depends on the size of the picture you are adding to the page of a photobook. The larger the image you wish to have printed out, the greater the resolution required. Our PhotobookMagic software will provide a warning to you if the photo resolution you are adding is not adequate for printing. In general, we would recommend as a minimum 200 dpi for each photo.

在軟件中，相片的解像度要求有多少?
視乎於相片在相頁內有多大，相片可由1張1內頁至25張或更多相片作1內頁的尺寸。如果相片的解像度不足，我們的PhotobookMagic軟件會提出警號提示使用者。一般而言，我們建議相片最少有200 dpi解像度。

6. How long is your production time?
It takes around ten (10) working days to produce a photobook once we confirm receipt of customer payment.

製作相簿需時多少?
當客戶付款後，相簿便進行印刷，大概10個工作天侯能完成並送到閣下指定地點。

7. How can I settle the payment?
Once we receive your order file, we will send you an invoice for settlement. You can settle either by Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit or PayPal.

怎様付款?
當收到客戶的相簿檔案後，我們將發出帳單以供客戶付款。你可選擇以信用卡付款(Visa, MasterCard 彧 American Express) 或直接透過银行存款。

8. I am a Mac user, can I create a photobook using your software?
Unfortunately our software does not support use on Mac computers today. However, please contact us at sales@photobookasia.com to see if there is an alternative way we may be able to help you.

如我是Mac電腦使用者，可以怎様下載PhotobookMagic軟件?
很抱歉! 我們的軟件暫時未能支援Mac電腦。但你可跟我們聯絡 : sales@photobookasia.com，我們可以提供其他的支援方法給你。

9. I would like to see a real sample of the photobooks you produce, can I do this?
Sure, you are welcome to drop by our showroom anytime during our business hours.
